One-time Setup Fee:
• A non-refundable setup fee based on the selected pricing plan.
Monthly Retainers:
• Subscription plans include limited hours and features based on the tier.
• Users can purchase additional hours if required.
Free Demo:
• Users are entitled to a free demo before purchasing.
No Late Charges or Penalties:
• If payment is not made, the service will be suspended until the payment is cleared.
Refund Policy:
• No refunds on the setup fee.
• Subscription amount is refundable only if requested within 7 days of payment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
• We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Payments are accepted in US Dollars (USD) and UK Pounds (GBP).

• Accuracy of the submitted content:
• Clients must ensure that all data provided is correct.
• Before final delivery, clients must sign an agreement confirming the accuracy of the data and prompts they have submitted.
Customization:
• Clients can select from existing human-like voice options.
• On-demand custom voice training is available, which may take 1-2 weeks for natural voice optimization.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
• Voice AgentX retains full ownership of AI voice models and scripts.
• Clients cannot reuse or export the AI models outside of the platform.
• We incorporate third-party AI models (e.g., ElevenLabs) to enhance voice quality and realism.
7. Limitations of Liability
Voice AgentX shall not be held liable for:
• Errors or inaccuracies in client-provided content.
• Service interruptions due to third-party integrations.
• Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
• Data Storage:
• We store and process customer voice data.
• This data is visible only to the user and can be permanently deleted upon request.
Third-party Services:
• We do not use third-party services for speech recognition or processing.
Data Security:
• We use encryption and follow GDPR compliance standards to protect client data.
9. Termination of Services
Voice AgentX reserves the right to terminate services under the following conditions:
Non-payment:

Client Termination Rights:
